Fig fruit, Fruit pectin (E440), Sugar, and Citric acid (E330), prepared with 45 gm of fruit per 100 gm, Contains 60 gm of sugar per 100 gm , free from preservative, flavor or artificial colors and also free from parasites, pathogenic, spoilage microorganisms and its toxins. The product is complying with the Egyptian standards 129-2/2013 and codex 296/2009, and the Egyptian national food safety authority.
